AMERICAN REGISTRAR & TRANSFER CO. FEE SCHEDULE

TRANSFER FEE  
Routine items (per certificate issued, prepaid: $10 will be added to each item billed or “pre-billed”).....$25

CANCELLATION FEE
Cancelation of up to 10 certificates included in fee to issue 1;  fee for each certificate over 10 is $4

EXPEDITE FEE
Per item (in addition to transfer fee).....$35

INQUIRY FEE  
Per request covered by Rule 17Ad-5(c).....$30   
Per request covered by Rule 17Ad-5(d).....$20

REJECT FEE   
Applicable when endorsements or guarantees or other documents provided are not adequate to permit a requested transfer, or when an item is patently presented to wrong agent (an additional $20 will be charged for each subsequent rejected presentation of the same item).....$35

RESTRICTED TRANSFER/LEGAL REVIEW FEES
In addition to transfer fee, applicable to all requests to remove legend(s) from restricted securities and/or to change the registration of restricted shares (all such requests are reviewed by ARTCO’s attorney.....$50

DOCUMENT REVIEW FEE
In addition to transfer fee, applicable when ARTCO is required or requested to review documents such as trust agreements, court orders, etc. in connection with a requested transfer (ARTCO may elect to waive this fee where a request and/or the related documents are relatively short and straight-forward).....$25

CERTIFICATE REPLACEMENT FEE
In addition to transfer fee(s), to cover cost of correspondence and for review of bonds and other related documents, one time fee  covers all correspondence.....$50
